Local family run business, took my mother for afternoon ice cream and coffee, had lovely relaxing afternoon in a gorgeous rural setting, choice of flavours were excellent, keep up the good work and can't wait to return 😀

Great ice cream and great prices. We love walking around seeing all the animals while enjoying our ice cream. Would like to see some more new flavours and specials.

Lovely small, family-friendly place. Great ice creams, sorbets, milshakes, coffees, and afternoon teas. Nice looking maize, which unfortunately was closed on our visit. The children were happy to feed the goats and chickens and play with the equipment in the farm shop garden area.

The ice cream farm is easy to find for sat nav or Google map users. It has a designated parking area, which is a bonus on the narrower country lanes. It offers a small cafe menu for eating indoors or out and a huge range of ice cream flavours. There are differently priced cones or tubs, with a choice of the number of scoops and whether you stay with one flavour or mix and match. There is a petting area of animals and usually a maze for added payment. This year it is sunflowers, but the date of our visit meant they were behind previous years and not yet in bloom. Blame our lovely weather, where we need an ice cream treat. It isn't cheap if you have a large family and/ or little spare money, but it is a treat for sure. A lovely diversification for the area and a nice way to support local people if you live here. I would say someone with a young family would get a few hours out of the animals and small playground.

Country setting. Great choice of ice cream flavours. Teas and coffee. Very friendly and attentive staff. A small selection of foul and animals to keep the kids interested, as well as a small 'maize'. Reasonable prices, added on 13Aug23.

Lovely place go visit for an ice cream. A little play area for the younger children. And some animals off the carpark over the road

Nice cafe and good ice cream, small enclosure with some goats to feed and free range chickens. Good place to take the kids and enjoy an ice cream and snack at the cafe. There was a sunflower maze but check if it's still intact.

Great Budworth Ice Cream Farm is a cute little place to visit for a sweet treat. They sell ice creams in tubs, cones, bowls, on waffles, as a sundae, milkshakes, light lunches, tea and coffee, and an assortment of cakes. They have outdoor, under cover and indoor seating. A small area for children to play and some chickens and goats to see and you can buy some feed to feed them. This is a great place for anyone to visit, family with children, walkers, bicycle riders, anyone. They have a good carpark and toilets on site. Everytime we have been the whole area, table and chairs have been nice and clean and service has been very friendly and efficient. They are a short distance walk into Great Budworth too. Highly recommend a visit here!

Oh my word! Absolutely gorgeous ice cream - I had the coconut and it was lush - they don't stock dog ice cream so got mine a plain vanilla but a lovely place, fantastic home made ice cream. Water bowls provided for dogs and a lovely setting. Clean and pandemic awareness very good. Looking forward to becoming regular(ish) visitors! It's not on our doorstep - I really wish it was - but the drive will be worth it!
